Shipping Information
Free standard shipping on all U.K orders over £50.
Free standard shipping on all international orders over £100.
All orders will be sent with tracked shipping.
Stock permitting, all orders (excluding made-to-order and pre order products) placed with us are usually dispatched to all customers within 3-7 working days.
Shipping rates:
U.K: £5
Europe: £10
Rest of the world: £10
Whilst we have no control over the delivery of items to you, indicative timings are as follows:
UK: Approximately 3-5 working days from despatch of order
Europe: Approximately 3-5 working days from despatch of order
Rest of the World: Approximately 5-7 working days from despatch of order
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes.
We are only able to ship your order to one location. During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order.
We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.
Customs Policy
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs. The price associated with duties and taxes vary from country to country.
