How do I cancel or amend my order?
If you have changed your mind about your order you have up until 1 hour after the order confirmation to cancel it by writing to us at customercare@nowallflowerproject.com


What shipping options are available and how long will it take to be delivered?
We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on selected items at nowallflowerproject.com (please see item descriptions for details) and free shipping on qualifying orders (over £50 UK, over £75 EU, over £100 rest of the world). Orders that do not contain made-to-order items are usually despatched within 5 working days. Made-to-order item despatch times can be found in the item description.

Selected items are available for next day delivery in the UK. All other UK orders are posted with UK Standard Delivery which usually takes 2-5 working days. European standard delivery takes 3-5 working days from despatch of order. World Zones 1 & 2 standard delivery takes 5-7 working days from despatch of order. No Wallflower Project is not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. See Delivery & Returns for more information.


What is your returns policy?
You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. This excludes some Made To Order items that cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see individual product descriptions for terms and our Delivery & Returns page for full details.  Please contact No Wallflower Project by emailing customercare@nowallflowerproject.com with a return request.


I paid duties and taxes on my order, are these refundable?
Unfortunately we cannot refund any duties and taxes paid on your order.

Can I add a gift receipt with my order?
Yes. Add a request to the order notes section when placing your order and/or email us at customercare@nowallflowerproject.com with your Gift receipt request.


Can my item be gift wrapped?
All of our orders are carefully wrapped in attractive tissue paper and other wrappings. Add a request to the order notes section when placing your order and/or email us at customercare@nowallflowerproject.com with your Gift wrapping request and any price tags will be covered before sending.


How do I care for my No Wallflower Project product?
Please carefully follow the care instructions on your individual item care labels and/or swing tags. Details of caring for our products can also be found in the product descriptions.
